Sexy and daring Jocelyn OxladeJocelyn was born and raised in Brighton, East Sussex. She is of Filipino and British descent. She lost her British dad, Nigel Oxlade, at a young age from cancer. She was raised by her Filipina mom, Zenaida Matias, who's from Nueva Ecija, Philippines. In 2004, she finished her degree in Psychology at the Cardinal Newman College afterwards she moved to Manila to start her singing and modeling career.
